This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 07.05.2019. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an Advocate and he is having a life threat from the counter party and therefore, he sought for police protection. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is a habitual offender, he involved more than 5 cases and all the cases are pending for investigation on the file of the third respondent and hence, he prayed for dismissal of the petition. 4.Heard both sides.
