PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners vide its order dated 04.07.2022 made in Cr.M.P.No.826 of 2022 in Cr.No.04 of 2022 on the file of the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Thoothukudi.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners by the learned Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Thoothukudi, in Cr.M.P(MD).No.826 of 2022 dated 04.07.2022.

2.On perusal of records, it shows that seeking relaxation of the aforesaid condition, the petitioners have straight away come before this Court, without filing any petition to modify or relax the condition imposed upon them before the concerned Court. So, the petitioners can workout their remedy before the concerned Court through appropriate proceedings.

3.With the aforesaid liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
