PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the Respondents No.1 and 2 to give necessary Police Protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and her family members, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 17.05.2023.

Side) O RDER This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the Respondents No.1 and 2 to give necessary Police Protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and her family members, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 17.05.2023.

2.A representation was made by the petitioner to the second respondent herein seeking police protection. Wherein he has stated that the property in S.No. 132/2 to an extent of 0.59 ares, belongs to the petitioner, who is enjoying the same. In respect of the above said property a suit in O.S.No.441 of 2007 has been filed by the third respondent before the learned District Munsif, Kumbakonam. It was dismissed in favour of the petitioner. Against which, he has filed an appeal in A.S.No.105 of 2009 before the learned Principal Sub Judge, Kumbakonam. The same was also dismissed on 17.04.2023. Thereafter, frequent trouble has been made by the private respondents to his possession. On that ground the above said representation has been made on 17.05.2023. Since the same was not 2/4

considered till date, the present petition.

3.Let the above said representation of the petitioner dated 17.05.2023, be enquired and completed, by the respondent police, on its own merits, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by summoning the petitioner as well as counter parties. 4.With the above said directions, this criminal origial petition stands disposed of.
