ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 16.04.2018 through P.T. Warrant for the offence under Section 147, 148, 302 and 506(ii) of I.P.C. in crime No.927 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police, which was taken cognizance in S.C.No.58 of 2018 on the file of V Additional District Judge, Madurai, seeks bail.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is facing the trial in S.C.No.58 of 2018 on the file of V Additional District Judge, Madurai and he has been appearing for all the hearings. However, on one occasions, due to bonafide reasons, he could not able to appear before the Court and hence, Non Bailable Warrant has been issued as against the petitioner. He would further submit that the said absence is neither willful nor wanton and he undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondent.

4.Considering the undertaking given by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, subject to the following conditions; https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

(i)the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned V Additional District Judge, Madurai;

(ii) the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
