ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioners and children without following the due process of law based on his representation dated 07.09.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that one Chandramohan has attempted to murder the first petitioner. Hence, he made a compliant against the Chandramohan. Based on the above said complaint the said Chandramohan was arrested and released on bail. Thereafter, the second respondent police continuously come to the petitioners' house in the night hours under guise of enquiry and threatened them.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor(Crl. Side) would submit that based upon the compliant given by the one Magaraja, an enquiry was undertaken by the respondent police. Thereafter, the first petitioner was absconded, for which the respondent police enquired the second petitioner. Crl.O.P(MD).No.13570 of 2021 history sheet has been opened against the first petitioner. 4.It appears that to find out whereabouts of first petitioner, the enquiry was made by the second respondent upon the petitioners' family herein and other than that no harassment was made. 5.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of as I find no merits in the petition.
