This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to depute higher officials in the rank of Deputy Commissioner of Police to monitor the investigation in Crime No.433 of 2022, on the file of the first respondent police. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the case in Crime No.433 of 2022 was transferred to the Mathichiyam Police Station, Madurai. 3.Recording the same, the Inspector of Police, Mathichiyam Police Station, Madurai, is directed to investigate the case in Crime No.433 of 2022 and dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
