Prabha Jain and others in Civil Appeal No.1876 of 2016 dated 09.01.2025 and consequently direct the respondent not to take any coercive steps against the petitioner's property till such time the information sought is furnished by the respondent bank by considering his representation dated 11.06.2025 within stipulated time fixed by this Court.

ORDER
The Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to furnish all the information sought for by the petitioner by considering his representation dated 07.05.2025.
2. Today, when the Writ Petition was taken up for hearing, Mr.N.Dilip Kumar, learned counsel, who takes notice for the respondents, would submit that pursuant to the last representation submitted by the petitioner dated 11.06.2025, the first respondent Bank 2/4
sent a letter to the petitioner in letter No.RO:MADU:RECV:2025-26:29 dated 10.07.2025 furnishing information sought for by the petitioner. The copy of the letter was also handed over to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner today before this Court. Since the first respondent has already furnished information to the petitioner in respect of the 8 queries raised by him in his representation dated 11.06.2025, no further order is necessary in this writ petition. If the petitioner is not satisfied with the information furnished by the respondents, it is for him to workout his remedy by filing his appeal under the provisions of the Right to Information Act, 2005.
3. With the above clarification, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
