ORDER
The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to survey his property situated in Survey No.1103/7, Paganatham Village, Vedasandur Taluk, Dindigul District, by considering his online application dated 20.03.2023.
2.Heard the arguments of Mr.S.Senthil Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.S.Jeya Priya, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. Since no adverse order is passed against the fourth respondent, notice to the fourth respondent is dispensed with.
3.By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
4.It is the case of the petitioner that he has got right over the subject property under settlement deed executed by his wife dated 12.10.2021. The patta for the subject property also stands in the name of the petitioner in Patta No.1079. The petitioner had earlier filed a civil suit for declaration of title against the husband of the fourth respondent and others in O.S.No.129 of 2015, on the file of District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Vedasanthur and the said suit was decreed. Now, the petitioner submitted an online application on 20.03.2025 in Application No. 2025/N123/13/008903 seeking survey of the property. The same has not been considered till date. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court. 5.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the application submitted by the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 20.03.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner and fourth respondent. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
No costs.
