When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the third respondent herein, a case in Crime No.1016 of 2021 has been registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 341, 420 of IPC against the petitioner along with other persons.

3. Since the case has been registered against this petitioner, he has to work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings and the question of harassment may not arise in these circumstances.

4. With these observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
