ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take immediate action to appoint the petitioner in any school at Tirunelveli District, regularize the petitioner''s services from the date of surrender by the fourth respondent and pay all monetary benefits.
2.Mr.A.Thiagarajan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it is suffice, if a direction is issued to the second respondent to consider the petitioners' representation dated 15.03.2019. 4.In reply, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 15.03.2019 would be considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5.In agreement with the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.03.
2019 in accordance with law after affording due opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to enclose a copy of this order along with such representation. 6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
