In view of the law laid down by this Court in Sugesan Transport Pvt. Ltd., v. the Assistant Commissioner of Police, J2 Adyar Police Station, Chennai and another reported in 2016(5) CTC 577, the Writ Petition is not maintainable.
2. However, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, a petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.50 of 2017.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police to conduct enquiry in C.S.R.No.50 of 2017 and take action in accordance with law.
