Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ of certiorarified mandamus calling the records of the 2nd respondent i.e.the Dean of the Government Rajaji Hospital, Madurai, in his Na.Ka.No.14045/Ni1/2/2016, dated 03.06.2019 and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st and 2nd respondents i.e.the Director of Medical Education, Chennai and the Dean of the Government Rajaji Hospital, Madurai, to make payment of enhanced subsistence allowance from the date of completion of six months period of suspension as per the specific provisions contained in Fundamental Rule 53(1)(a)(i) to the petitioner within a specified time.
