[Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] The writ petitioner seeks removal of the encroachments found in the public pathway in Survey Nos.23/11 and 23/16 at Cheranoor village, Nerinchikkudi Circle, Ponnamaravathy Taluk, Pudukottai District.

2.The writ petitioner has given number of representations in this regard. But, no action appears to be taken, this Court directs the fourth respondent herein, to enquire the matter into the same and take action for removal of the encroachments if any, in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
