seeking further two months time to dispose the Original suit, and this Court made the following order:

"This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in O.S.No.492 of 2019.

2.The learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvidaimarudur, sent a letter dated 18.10.2024, requesting extension of further time of two months to dispose of O.S.No.492 of 2019, pursuant to the order of this Court, dated 31.07.2023. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, two months time is extended for disposing the case in O.S.No.492 of 2019 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
