2. The petitioner is a registered clause I contractor. He was blacklisted. The petitioner filed W.P.(MD)No.No.30385 of 2023 and the blacklisting order was stayed. The petitioner's registration has expired and it has to be renewed. The petitioner submitted an application dated 21.06.2024. The respondent is directed to consider the same and pass an order within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
