Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining of the impugned order passed by the first respondent in his Letter No.24496/TP.1/2016-1, dated 27.02.2017 and to quash the same and direct the first respondent to appoint the petitioner as Work Inspector or Overseer in the existing vacancies. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's prayer was already rejected by the authorities.

2. In view of the same, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order of rejection. The learned Counsel further submitted that the petitioner has not received a copy of the said rejection order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the above said submissions, the petitioner is granted liberty to challenge the order of rejection. Further, the petitioner is directed to approach the respondent authorities within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order with a representation. On receipt of such representation, a copy of the rejection order shall be furnished to the petitioner forthwith by the respondent authorities.
