2. This Civil Revision Petition seeks for expeditious disposal of I.A.No.3 of 2025 in O.S.No.131 of 2022, pending on the file of the District Munsif Court, Kovilpatti.

By an order dated 09.06.2026, I had called for a report from the District Munsif Court, Kovilpatti, as to how long it would take to dispose of the application in I.A.No.3 of 2025 in O.S.No.131 of 2022. He has sent a report dated 17.06.2026 stating that he will dispose of the said application within a period of one month.

4. The District Munsif Court, Kovilpatti, is requested to dispose of I.A.No.3 of 2025 in O.S.No.131 of 2022, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
