Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the Respondents.

2. By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. The petitioner has filed an appeal against the order passed by the Tahsildar, Marugapuri, before the first respondent on 09.09.2015. The said appeal is still pending with the first respondent without any disposal. Hence, he has filed this Writ Petition.

Since the statutory appeal filed by the petitioner is pending before the first respondent, without going into the merits of the case, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, dated 09.09.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
