ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA,J.) When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the representation of the petitioner, dated 11.06.2025 seeking parole for his father namely Periyakaruppan, S/o.Matchakalai, has been rejected by the first respondent dated 17.06.2025 since the petitioner has not enclosed the necessary medical certificate.

2. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation along with necessary medical certificate and on receipt of the same, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders on the same, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of the representation.
