This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondent police to investigate and file final report in Crime No. 19 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police. 1/3

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the respondent police completed investigation in Crime No.19 of 2022 ad also filed final report before the Special Court for Exclusively trial of cases under the POSCO Act cases, Sivagangai vide e.filing No.9392022, but not yet taken on file.

3. Recording the same, the petition stand closed. However, the trial Court is directed to take the final report on file, if the papers are otherwise in order.
