ORDER
One Sundari passed away on 24.12.2016. She was born with two siblings namely Subramanian and Narayanan. Subramanian is said to have passed away on 18.05.2015. The petitioner seeks issuance of clause II legal heir certificate.
2. The third respondent is definitely competent to issue the same. The third respondent is therefore directed to conduct enquiry and give a disposal to the petitioner's application on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
