ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.10.2020 to award a fair compensation to the petitioner under Section 26(b) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act 2013.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner's land was acquired by the Government of Tamil Nadu for the purpose of laying Villupuram-Dindigul double Track Broad Gauge by Railways. The petitioner objected the award of compensation, since it is a very meager amount. Second time also the petitioner has got a small increase in compensation. Therefore, the petitioner has sent a representation dated 28.10.2020 to the respondents. Since there is no response from the respondents, the petitioner has approached this Court seeking aforesaid prayer.

3. This Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.10.2020, after affording opportunity to the petitioner,and other beneficiaries ,if any within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
