O R D E R

The prayer as framed is only misconceived, inasmuch as in the first part of the prayer, the petitioner is stating that the second respondent police should not interfere in the civil dispute and in the second portion of the prayer, the petitioner is seeking for a direction to the first respondent to give police protection. Thus, such a contradictory prayer cannot be countenanced. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

work out his remedies in the manner known to law. The respondent police shall also ensure that no physical harm befalls the petitioner. No costs.
