This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.11.2020 and permit him to write the arrears examination after receiving the arrears examination fees.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for the respondent University that the Government has taken a decision to conduct the arrear examination. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has already paid necessary fee for taking up the arrear examination.
