ORDER
(This Petition was heard through the Video Conferencing) This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 31.10.2020 to permit the whole sale trade inside the Gandhi Market complex at Trichy as per the advisory guideline issued by the State to combat pandemic disease Covid-19.
2. Mr.A.Muthu Karuppan, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 4 and Mr.N.S.Karthikeyan, learned Standing Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 2 and 3. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

Mr.N.S.Karthikeyan, learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3, on instructions, would submit that the Gandhi Market Complex for which the petitioner has sought relief in this Writ Petition has been opened from today (i.e., 27.11.2020) pursuant to the order dated 26.11.2020 passed in a Public Interest Litigation by the Hon'ble Division Bench in W.P.(MD).No.6352 of 2020. The representation given by the petitioner is for opening of the Gandhi Market Complex and to permit whole sale trade inside the Gandhi Market, Trichy.
5. Since the relief sought for by the petitioner has been achieved as the Gandhi Market has been opened from today, the Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
