ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD).No.18401 of 2025 dated 15.04.2026.
2.Heard both sides.
3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition from 15.04.2026, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Trial Court, on the first working day of every English calendar month, at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
