Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second and third respondents to remove the wastage and Car Parking in the public street situated at Second Street of the Colechel Road, Semponvilai, Kalkuttam Town Panchayat, Kalkuttam, Kanyakumari District based on of the petitioner's representation dated 03.02.2017. For Petitioner : Mr.G.Gomathi Sankar For Respondents 1 and 4 : Mr.K.Guru, Additional Government Pleader.

ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to remove wastage and also car parking from the public street, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Colechel Road, Semponvilai, Kalkuttam Town Panchayat, Kalkuttam, Kanyakumari District on the basis of representation dated 03.02.2017, by way of issuing a writ of mandamus. 2.Mr.K.Guru, learned Additional Government Pleader, has taken notice for the respondents 1 and 4. Considering the nature of the relief sought in the writ petition, notice need not be sent to the respondents 2 and 3.

3.It is seen from the records that a representation has been given on 03.02.2017 and the same has not been considered. Under the said circumstances, this Court is inclined to pass the following order.

4.In fine, this writ petition is allowed in part without costs and the respondents 2 and 3 are strictly directed to look into the representation dated 03.02.2017 alleged to have been given by the petitioner and dispose of the same within a period of one month.
