This petition has been filed to direct the respondent Nos.1 & 2, not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) appearing for the official respondents, on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry has been conducted. During the enquriy, the third respondent has given a statement that no further action is required against the petitioner. Recording the statement given by the third respondent, the enquiry has been closed on 18.11.2020.
