Respondent for all Writ Petitions Prayer: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to regularize the petitioners' service from the date of original appointment dated 17.01.2001 and 16.03.2001, in the scale of pay applicable to full time employee with monetary and service benefits by considering the petitioners' representation dated 02.09.2016.

For Petitioner : Mr.B.Vinoth Kumar **** COMMON ORDER These Writ Petitions have been filed by the petitioners for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to regularize their service from the date of original appointment dated 17.01.2001 in W.P.(MD) Nos.7995, 7997, 7998 and 7999 of 2017 and 16.03.2001 in W.P.(MD) No.7996 of 2017, in the scale of pay applicable to full time employee with monetary and service benefits by considering their representation dated 02.09.2016. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners would be satisfied, if their representations dated 02.09.2016, are directed to be considered within a time frame stipulated by this Court.

3.Considering the limited scope of the prayer now sought for before this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioners, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioners' case, this Court is inclined to pass the following direction: "The respondent is directed to consider the petitioners' representation dated 02.09.2016, and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

pass appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, these Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
