2.The petitioner seeks issuance of computerized patta. Representation has also been given in this regard. 3.The fourth respondent is directed to consider the petition mentioned representation and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The fourth respondent shall put all the interested persons on notice before passing the final order.
