3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed by the petitioner that due to the financial condition he could not arrange the amount and comply the conditions imposed by this Court within the stipulated time, this Court is inclined to extend the time limit for compliance with the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD).5724 of 2026 for a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
