This Writ Petition is filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 26.08.2016 to grant ordinary leave for a period of three months to her husband namely P.T.Rajan aged about 62 years, who is confined in Central Prison, Trichy, as convicted prisoner in C.P.No.20038 to take necessary medical treatment in respect of his sickness.

2. The learned Government Advocate on instructions would submit that the representation of the petitioner was already considered by the third respondent and the request of the petitioner was rejected, vide order, dated 30.08.2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law. No Costs.
