ORDER
The petitioner has approached this Court seeking quashment of the proceedings of the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.9529/2016/AA6 vide enquiry summon dated 27.03.2017.

notice issued by the first respondent, calling upon the parties to appear before him for a detailed enquiry.
3.Regarding the subject matter raised in the writ petition, it appears that the petitioner has also appeared before the first respondent on 12.04.2017 and thereafter the enquiry has been adjourned. Without waiting for the out come of the enquiry initiated by the first respondent, the petitioner has approached this Court invoking the extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. 4.In the said circumstances, the Writ Petition is premature and therefore, the same is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
