Respondent PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the respondent dated 15.12.2015 and quash the same as illegal and consequentially to direct the respondent to unblock the Agent Code No.01188-75B (Terminated) of the petitioner within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

The petitioner has come to this Court challenging the impugned order dated 15.12.2015 passed by the respondent and quash the same as illegal and further to direct the respondent to unblock the Agent Code No.01188-75B (Terminated) of the petitioner within the stipulated time.
2.Heard Mr.M.Ajmalkhan, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.G.Prabhu Rajadurai, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent on instruction would submit that since the impugned order has been challenged on the ground that it was passed without any reason, he may be permitted to withdraw the impugned order with liberty to pass fresh order. He further submitted that in view of the order of stay granted against the impugned order, the respondent has unblocked the petitioner's account to enable her to work as an Agent.

4.Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondent, this writ petition is allowed and the impugned order is hereby quashed. However, liberty is given to the respondent to pass fresh order, if so advised. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
