Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.,SANTHANA KRISHNAN P, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE (CRL. SIDE) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking extension of time granted in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8879 of 2021 dated 06.08.2021, for producing sureties.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order copy was uploaded in the website of this Court on 19.08.2021, at that time, he was suffering from viral fever. Due to which, he could not arrange the sureties within a period of fifteen days. Hence, extension of time may be granted for producing sureties.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is allowed and the time is extended by ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioners to comply with the order dated 06.08.2021 made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8879 of 2021.
