ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP(MD) No. 8976/2026 on 06.05.2026. 2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition and the fact that the investigation is pending, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
