..Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to register the petitioner association called "HBNS AFFECTED PEOPLES ASSOCIATION" by considering the petitioner association registration application dated 14.06.2016.

ORDER
The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking a direction, directing the 1st respondent to register the petitioner association called "HBNS AFFECTED PEOPLES ASSOCIATION" by considering the petitioner association registration application dated 14.06.2016.
2.According to the petitioner, he filed an application before the first respondent to register his association on 14.06.2016 and the said application is pending. But the first respondent has not taken any steps to register his association sofar. Hence, he has filed the present writ petition. 3.Today, the learned Government Advocate submitted that on verification, it is found that the demand draft sent by the petitioner is elapsed. Hence, the respondents directed the petitioner to submit a fresh demand draft. In the event of the petitioner submitting a fresh demand draft, the application of the petitioner shall be considered and suitable orders can be passed. 4.In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh demand draft to the first respondent and on submission of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
same, the first respondent/District Registrar of Societies Registration, Madurai is to consider the same and pass suitable orders within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
