4.The Tahsildar, Dindigul East Taluk, Dindigul District. : Respondents in both W.Ps Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider Petitioners representation dated 25.06.2016 and consequently to issue individual patta and survey petitioners land by fixing the boundary of their property situated in Sirumalai Pudur Revenue village, Dindigul East Taluk, Dindigul District, in Survey No. 695/1 to an extent of 80 Acres and 90 acres respectively.

COMMON ORDER According to the petitioners, they have made application before the respondents to fix boundary of their property to an extent of 80 acres and 90 acres in Survey No.695/1, in Sirumalai Pudur Revenue Village, Dindigul East Taluk, Dindigul District. Since no order has been passed on the said applications, the petitioners have filed the present writ petitions.

2.Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents on instructions submitted that the above property in survey number has been classified as Government poramboke and forest lands and he has also produced 'A' register relating to the property in question.
3.In view of the above said submission, the prayer sought for by the petitioners cannot be granted. Accordingly, the writ petitions are dismissed. No costs.
