ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition is coming on for orders on this day under the caption "Extension of time for Lower Court" and upon perusing earlier orders of this Court dated 1/3
14.08.2019,17.03.2022, 23.8.2022 and requisition letter submitted by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Sivagangai, vide letter in D.No.11854/2022 dated 23.12.2022 seeking further extension of time for dispose of the case in P.R.C.No.19 of 2005 in Cr.No.39/2004 and S.C.No.230/2010 on the file of the Additional Dist Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Manamadurai, Sivagangai District and set aside the same as illegal and consequently directing the Additional District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court Manamadurai, Sivagangai District to commit the cass in P.R.C.No.19 of 2005 in Cr.No.39/2004 and S.C.No.230/2010 to District & Sessions Court, Sivagangai District, this Court made the following order:- This case has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in S.C.No.230 of 2010. 2.
By the order dated 14.08.2019, this Court directed the learned Additional District Munsif cum Sessions Judge, Manamadurai, to dispose of the case in S.C.No.230 of 2010, pending on his file, expeditiously. Thereafter, it was transferred to Sessions Court, Sivagangai. Thereafter, it was extended further. Now, the learned Sessions Judge, seeks further time to complete the trial process. 3.Considering the reasons assigned by the learned Sessions Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, three months time is granted. The learned Sessions Judge, is directed to comply with the directions of this Court, without any further delay.
