PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.333 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused herein, who was arrested on 07.06.2022 for the alleged offence under Sections 147, 341, 294(b), 352, 364, 506(ii), 302 IPC, in Crime No.333 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 07.06.2022, while the defacto complainant and his friends were riding their two wheelers, there was trouble between the parties, over which, on the same day, at about 09.00PM, the accused persons came there and severally assaulted the defacto complainant and one Prakash. Due to injuries, the said Prakash reported dead. Hence the complaint. 3.This bail petition filed on the ground that the co-accused Harish and second accused have been granted on regular bail by the Principal Sessions Judge, Thanjavur in Crl.MP(MD)No.3241 of 2022, dated 07.07.2022.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is having seven previous cases, out of which, five cases are pending.

CRL OP(MD). No.13923 of 2022 5.Perusal of records, it is seen that the co-accused were released on bail by the lower Court. On the very same footing like that of the above persons, the petitioner was also implicated in this case. Considering the above facts and the period of incarceration undergone by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. 6.Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail, on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kumbakonam, and on further condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. sd/- 05/08/2022 / TRUE COPY / 05/08/2022 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
