This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to grant permission and police protection for conducting Aadal Padal Orchestra Programme on 31.07.2019 in connection with Aadi Ammavasai Thiruvizha Celebration of Arulmigu Sri Sundara Mahalingam Temple situated at Nadakottai Village, Nilakkottai Taluk, Dindigul District based upon the petitioner's representation dated 23.07.2019.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that seeking permission
and protection to conduct the Adal Padal Orchestra Programme Programme on 31.07.2019 in the above said temple, the petitioner made a representation on 23.07.2019 to the respondents and the said representation was not considered so far. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.07.2019 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith.
5. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
