: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner for the purpose of putting up barbed wire fencing in his property situated at V.O.C. Street, Karur Town, Karur District, bearing the Town Survey No.799 to an extent of 3 acres 38 cents by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 07.04.2017.

O R D E R

On a reading of the affidavit, it is seen that there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and Tamizharasi and, therefore, a Writ of Mandamus as prayed for cannot be issued by this Court without hearing Tamizharasi.

2. However, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, a petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.325 of 2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the above, the third respondent police is

directed to conduct enquiry in C.S.R.No.325 of 2016 by calling both the parties in accordance with law.

4. The Writ Petition is closed with the above direction. No costs.
