ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to call for the records pertaining to the impugned FIR in Crime No.114 of 2023 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the investigation in Crime No.114 of 2023 has been completed and the final report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Uthamapalayam and the same was taken on file in P.R.C.No.6296 of 2023.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
