ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by T.RAJA,J) This writ petition has been filed seeking for the issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents not to open TASMAC shop in the petitioner's village, namely, Sadayarkovil, Therukunatham Orathanadu Taluk, Thanjavur District, as it is causing innumerable problems to the women, children and others.

2.When the matter came up for hearing, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents submitted that there is no such proposal to open TASMAC shop in the petitioner's village.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Advocate General, the writ petition stands closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach this Court, if there is any proposal in future. No costs.
