ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 452, 324, 506(ii) and 379 IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act 2002, in Crime No.166 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that A1 had love affair with the defacto complainant. However, the defacto complainant refused to marry A1. As a result of which, there was a wordy quarrel between them. The petitioner herein is arrayed as A4. On the date of occurrence, nine persons had got into the house of the defacto complainant and had entered in quarrel and also caused damage to the household articles. Hence, a case has been registered. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that totally nine persons have been added as an accused in this case.

4.Taking note of the facts and circumstances, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Orathanadu, Thanjavur District and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

(Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

6.The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
