ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

2. Considering the nature of the relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the third respondent is dispensed with. The petitioner seeks issuance of patta in respect of the petition mentioned property. The petitioners have a decree granted in their favour by the jurisdictional civil Court. The same was also confirmed in S.A(MD)No.719 of 2020 filed by the third respondent herein. The second respondent shall pass order on the petition mentioned application within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Of course, before passing an order a formal notice shall be issued by the second respondent to the third respondent.

3. This writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
