ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to expeditiously complete the investigation and file a charge sheet before the jurisdictional Magistrate in Crime No.09 of 2018 on the file of the second respondent. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the second respondent Police has completed the investigation and filed a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakottai and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.204 of 2018.

3.In view of the above submission, no further adjudication is required in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
