The third defendant in O.S.No.114 of 2015 on the file of the Principal District Court, Tenkasi seeks disposal of I.A.No.744 of 2017 filed by him for setting aside the exparte decree.

2. It is seen that the above said IA is pending for more than one year. It is only just and proper to direct the learned trial Munsif to dispose of I.A.No.744 of 2017 in O.S.No.114 of 2015 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
