PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 2nd respondent in his endorsement dated 24.05.2024 in file No. 2024/0105/14/169599 and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to sub-divide and issue separate patta in respect of the property in S.F.No.642/A with an extent of 3 acres 60 cents out of 12 acres 51 cents Munnur Village, Pugalur Taluk, Karur District to the petitioner.
