Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent herein to pass final order, and consequently issue a fresh patta to the petitioner herein, after rectifying UDR correction pertaining to the property situated in Madurai District, Madurai South Taluk, Panaiyur Village, S.F.No. 46/2A, admeasuring 0.39.0 acre, based on the recommendation / order dated 30.05.2011 passed by the 3rd respondent as well as in the light of the petitioner's representation dated 27.03.2023, within a stipulated period as may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The second respondent is directed to consider the petition mentioned representation and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent will put all the interested parties on notice before passing final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the second respondent to pass order one way or the other. 2/4

3. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
